ob Description :
- Should be well versed with the knowledge on Application Support/Technical Support Process.
- Must have excellent Analysis, Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution skills.
- Primary 12-hour on-call Production Support when in Rotation (AM high availability, PM telecommute).
- Mid-level Platform Administration Tasks including: Operations, System Monitor Design, Implementation and Operation, Script Development for Analysis and Monitoring, Problem Resolution, System and Platform Installation, Configuration.
- Consistent and Timely Closure of Core Communication Feedback Loop (written and verbal).
- Ability to interact with & understand the US Clients.
- Prior test or production experience in a 24×7 support environment.
- Previous experience in Technical Support/App Support/Production Support preferable.
- Should have good knowledge on Unix Operating System.
- Should have good knowledge of IIS Server or WeblogicServer.
- Should have good knowledge on either Oracle/Java/DotNet.

Desired Profile :
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for applications and systems using stack traces.
-  Build, maintain, and deploy new Windows and UNIX in-house applications across multiple environments.
-  Install and configure systems/software unassisted.
-  Debug system services.
-  Provide 24 x 7 on call support as part of a scheduled rotation with other team members.
-  Provide senior level technical support for Windows/UNIX related project activities.
-  Build and modify systems to meet project and user requirements.
-  Participate in design reviews.
-  Configure and tune hardware and software to insure optimum performance and resource utilization.
-  Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
-  Must be proactive, responsive and a good communicator.
-  Ability to work in team and handle pressure and demands.
-  Previous experience in 24hrs/day, 7days/week system support capacity.
-  Ready to work in shifts.
-  Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Note:- Fresher with good communication skills can also be considered.
