• Handling inbound calls
• Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
• Ensure one time call resolution
• Maintain accuracy of information given and documented
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
• Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required

Desired Profile :

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in any Voice based process
• Excellent Verbal Communication
• Active listening and probing slkills
• Sound understanding of MS office Excellent Communication skills
• Good Analytical Skills
