Should have knowledge of desktop troubleshooting.
Interface with customers via inbound calls or internet for the purpose of resolving routing problems with products or services.

Principle duties and responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Listen attentively to customer's needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy.
• Clarify customer's requirements, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
• Position on contract basis.
• Comfortable to work 24 by 7.
