Job Description:

• -Handle incoming and out going calls.
• -Guide guest and co-ordinate on their needs.
• -Handle incoming and outgoing courier, maintain reports related to administration.
• -Assist Administration as & when required.
• -Maintain the housekeeping of the front office.

Job Skills:

• -Experience in front office administration.
• -Ability to handle multi tasks and Very good exposure in EPBAX & MS Office.
• -Excellent communication skills in oral and written English and good telephone etiquettes.
